How easy is it to start playing the guitar?

I got a guitar today. It’s a left-handed acoustic (Western) Falcon. I haven’t got lessons yet but I’m looking into them and I’m really hoping to go to some. How easy is it to learn guitar though? I went online and tuned it and tried to do the C chord but I found it really hard and to me, it didn’t sound right, although it could have been. I also find it hard to stretch my fingers to different chords too and I’m not sure how the Hell I will ever be able to play a song…

yeah well im going to get an acoustic guitar soon and i wanna know, is it hard to learn guitar? because my friends friend knows guitar and she taught it to her i guess like the basics and she knows it well i guess and she knows how to play one time by justin beiber. and also do i really need guitar lessons? because i really dont have time to go to lessons
