Nobody new to guitar can do these exercises right away, try for 3 weeks a half and hour a day, see if you make any progress by then but understand it takes a year of practice just to get the fingers in shape … Most people wont dedicate themselves … One Year, Play for a Lifetime!

Continue on, it’s never good to get in the habit of stopping when you make a mistake, we make them all the time … But if a certain string/note is giving you a hard time, work on it as an individual note …
